PGA of Canada Instructor

Cookie has been in the golf industry for the last 25 years. He started his golfing career as a high-level amateur representing the Philippine national team from 1997-2002. Turning professional in 2002 he played on the Asian tour from 2003-2009. Cookie is still presently a member of the Philippine Golf tour and a active member of the Vancouver Golf tour.
Cookie’s coaching experience includes being Assistant coach to the Philippine National golf team for the gold medal winning team in the 2005 SouthEast Asian Games. He founded the Future Champions golf school in Manila in 2009 focusing on Junior development. He was the instructional host for the Golf show The Perfect round in 2015.
Moving to Canada in 2021 Cookie is now a PGA of Canada member and has worked at Golftec in downtown Vancouver from 2021-2023.
Cookie hopes to translate his passion for Golf to his students and especially juniors to help grow the game.
