Michael Knight

PGA of Canada Class A Instructor

Michael Knight fell in love with the game of golf at Earl Grey Golf Club in Calgary AB, which eventually hosted the 2024 Canadian Women’s Open. His passions lead him to a Division 1 scholarship in the Southeastern Conference at Mississippi State University, Soon after graduating from Mississippi State University I was selected to play for the Canadian National Amateur team. He competed with the National Team in Mexico, USA, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and of course our home and native land of Canada. Michael Qualified to compete in the 2008 Canadian Open at Glen Abbey, and he was paired with Jason Day and Brett Rumford, which was a great learning moment and an incredible week to remember.

Michael turned pro in 2009 competing on mini tours in the southern states and Canada before becoming a Class A Member with the PGA of Canada in 2018. While Michael still has a great desire to compete, he also has a great passion for helping others achieve their goals in this great, but challenging game.

If you are just looking to learn or refine your basic fundamentals (grip, stance, alignment, posture, ball position), Hoping to achieve a division 1 scholarship or simply get better so you can beat your own personal bests and have more fun on the golf course then Michael is the coach for you.
